Opening Times- We recommend scheduling an appointment for your visit to our shop. As a small team, there are occasions when we need to temporarily close to better accommodate our clients. However, we strive to maintain regular business hours from Tuesday to Thursday, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, excluding Bank Holidays and National Holidays. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Do you install flooring- While we are more than happy to provide installation services for the flooring we supply, we also offer the option of supply-only if that better suits your preference. Please note that we exclusively install flooring sourced from Biddiscombes and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate the fitting of flooring not supplied by us.

Can you re-fit a carpet- If you’re considering re-fitting a carpet that we initially installed, we’ll be happy to assist you with a comprehensive evaluation. This assessment is essential to determine the condition of the flooring and to provide accurate cost estimates for the re-fitting process. It’s worth noting that the lifespan of a carpet is influenced by various factors, including the environment in which it is placed. Elements like the presence of pets, general wear and tear, and other environmental considerations can impact the longevity of the carpet.
